We've actually just changed our arrangement of posting thanks to your comment (which we modified here, but will reiterate) - posting will be staggered over the course of approximately one month, from 31 October 2018 to 30 November 2018, the arrangement of course depending how many submissions we receive (one fic per day, one fic every two days, two fics every day.) The determination of the day for any work will be entirely random, so yes, all seasonal/gold star works will have the same posting window.
